Describe the closure task before selecting a machine
Use the enquiry to say what arrives at the capping station and what should leave it. A bottle with a loose cap already fitted needs a different scope from a filled bottle arriving beside a box of mixed closures. Include whether your team wants help with a single operation or a complete filling-and-capping handover.
If the cap type is unfamiliar, send a photograph of the assembled pack and separate photographs of the bottle neck and closure interior. Include the supplier references where available. These details are more useful than choosing a machine family solely from the closure material.
