What information is needed for a useful capping quote?

When do I need automatic cap feeding?

Automatic cap feeding becomes important when output, operator time, orientation or repeatability becomes a bottleneck. Bowl feeders and cap elevators should be specified early.

What affects ROPP capping quality?

Closure and neck compatibility, roller pressure, thread roller setup, head pressure, liner compression, pilfer-band tuck, bottle support and cap feed consistency.
