Child-resistant closure capping: control the complete packaging system
A capping machine applies a process, but child resistance belongs to the tested container, closure and instructions together. Define the pack evidence before specifying equipment.
Do not treat a child-resistant cap as an isolated component.
The closure, container neck finish, liner where applicable, opening instructions and assembly condition form the packaging system. Machine settings should reproduce the approved assembly without substituting for pack testing or regulatory assessment.
