Is a screw capper suitable for pumps and triggers?

Sometimes, but pumps and triggers usually need extra attention to presentation, dip tubes, head clearance and bottle stability.

Is ROPP the same as screw capping?

No. ROPP uses roll-on pilfer-proof forming on suitable aluminium closures and bottle necks; screw capping tightens a threaded cap.

When should cap feeding be specified?

Cap feeding should be considered when manual placement limits output, consistency or operator workload, or when the cap must be orientated before application.

Can the same line handle several cap types?

It may be possible, but change parts, cap feeding, torque range, bottle guides and changeover time need to be checked from samples.
